One of the things we’ve enjoyed most is hosting friends for campouts (sometimes putting them to work, too). In June, I had the pleasure of hosting friends from my time in design school. Not only was it a fun reunion from our years together, but they also shared their wisdom from over a decade of practice. Here we are hiking around, staying cool in the shade, contemplating different locations for our cottage & barn, and discussing head cuts in the dry creek beds.
Yes, it was a lot of fun and made for many thoughtful conversations and pointing! The moon rise that night was such a beautiful reminder of how lucky we were to all be there together after many years. Thank you Sofi for inviting us and making it all happen.
